Earnings & Rewards Terms

ONX Reach allows members to participate in campaigns and receive campaign-defined rewards for verified participation. This page explains exactly how those rewards work. Read this together with our Terms & Conditions and Legal & Disclaimer page.

1. How Campaign Earnings Work

Each campaign states its reward per approved view, the maximum number of views it will pay per member, and its start/end dates before you accept it. You are paid only after you submit proof of participation (a screenshot, and optionally a short video) and an administrator reviews and approves that proof. Earnings are never automatic and are never guaranteed — approval is subject to manual verification, and a submission can be rejected or sent back for resubmission if it does not meet the campaign's stated requirements.

2. Wallet & Withdrawals

Approved earnings are credited to your in-app wallet balance. You may request a withdrawal of your available wallet balance to the payout details (UPI ID or bank account) you have added to your profile. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by an administrator and then paid out either through our payment provider (RazorpayX) or, where necessary, settled manually. We do not guarantee a specific processing time. The app does not deduct any fee from your withdrawal, though your bank or UPI provider may apply its own charges outside our control.

3. Referral Bonus

If enabled, you may earn a one-time referral activation bonus of ₹5.00 when someone you refer registers and accepts their first campaign. This is a single-level, one-time reward — it is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid structure, and referral bonuses are never awarded for signups alone, only for the referred member's own qualifying campaign activity.

4. Prohibited Activity

Campaigns on this platform, and any reward tied to them, must never require or reward:

We do not run, and will not knowingly approve, any campaign that asks members to rate, review, or install any app on Google Play or any other app store in exchange for a reward. A submission connected to any of the activity above will be rejected, associated earnings reversed, and the account may be suspended or blocked.

5. No Investment, No Guaranteed Income

ONX Reach is not an investment product. You do not pay us to join, to unlock campaigns, or to increase your earning rate — rewards are earned only through verified participation in campaigns. Nothing on this platform should be understood as a promise or guarantee of income, and past earnings shown to any member are not a guarantee of future results.

6. Withdrawal Amount

You can request any amount from ₹1 up to your available wallet balance, provided your account is active and your payout details are complete. You cannot withdraw more than your available balance.

7. Changes

We may update campaign rates, referral bonus amounts, and withdrawal rules from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect earnings already approved.
