Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Purchases Required to Use This App

ONX Reach does not charge members anything to register, browse campaigns, participate in campaigns, or request a withdrawal. There is no membership fee, no subscription, and no in-app purchase of digital content or features on Android. Because members are not charged, there is no purchase to refund in the traditional sense, and the app does not use Google Play's in-app billing system for this reason.

Withdrawal Requests

A withdrawal request moves money out of your wallet to your registered payout details — you are not paying us. The app does not currently let you cancel a withdrawal request yourself. If you need a request stopped, contact Support as soon as possible; we can only stop it if an administrator has not yet approved or sent the payout. Once a withdrawal has been marked as paid, it cannot be reversed, consistent with how bank and UPI transfers work. If you believe a payout was sent to the wrong details because of an error on our end, contact Support immediately.

Reversal of Approved Earnings

In rare cases, earnings that were approved in error, or that are later found to involve fraudulent, manipulated, or duplicate proof, may be reversed from your wallet balance. Where a reversal would leave your wallet balance negative, we may withhold future approvals until the balance is corrected. Referral bonuses may similarly be reversed if the underlying referred activity is found to be fraudulent or fabricated.

Campaign Cancellation

A campaign may be paused, closed, or cancelled by an administrator before its end date — for example if its budget is exhausted or it no longer complies with our Earnings & Rewards Terms. If a campaign is cancelled after you have already submitted valid, approved proof for it, that already-approved earning remains in your wallet. Cancelling a campaign does not retroactively create an entitlement to a reward for participation that was never submitted or never approved.

Account Closure

If you close or request deletion of your account (see Account Deletion) while you still have an available wallet balance, withdraw that balance first — closing the account does not automatically trigger a payout, and unclaimed balances on a deleted account are not held indefinitely.
